How do I know SurLady Golf is a secure site?

How will SurLady Golf use the information I provide?
The information is used to process and deliver your order to the address you request. Your payment information allows us to bill your credit card company. If we have any questions regarding your order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail. If you make a purchase, we may send you information and updates about new products, special sales, and promotion.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders placed by 4:00pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday are processed after the next business day to allow the first 24 hours time for any cancellations. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.
How will my order be shipped?
Orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service at a set flat rate of $4.95 unless otherwise specified. Click here for more detailed information.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow up to 14 days for USA shipping as some items may not be in stock. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order is shipped.
International shipping varies. E-mail us with your International request at info@surladygolf.com. SurLady Golf will e-mail you regarding shipping cost, and expected delivery date depending on the country the item(s) will be shipped to.
What if an item is defective or damaged during shipment?
If products are damaged during original shipping to you or defective SurLady Golf will exchange the item(s) or refund payment to you after SurLady Golf receives the item(s).You must notify us immediately by e-mail regarding receiving damaged or defective goods. E-mail us at info@surladygolf.com. We are not responsible for damages that are not reported within 5 days of arrival to our customers.
If any product(s) that you indicate are in new condition (after you have obtained an authorization code from SurLady Golf) and we receive the return item with shipping damages, we will not be able to process a credit. Instead, you will need to file a claim with the company that shipped the item to receive reimbursement for your merchandise. What are your return, exchange and refund policies?
Please note that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 2 weeks from the original date of delivery for an exchange or refund. Please read our Return Policy, Exchange Policy, and Refund Policy for complete details.
How can I pay for my order?
Either: 1) Online using a major credit card; 2) Online using PayPal; 3) Offline by check or money order.
SurLady Golf accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diner's Club and also gives you the option to use Paypal. Paypal accepts all major credit cards and checking account routing.

Do I have to pay any Sales Tax?
SurLady Golf does not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside of California. SurLady Golf will collect 8.25% on all orders shipped to a California address.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, SurLady Golf has the following cancellation policy: Customers have 24 hours to cancel an order. That is, if the customer chooses to cancel an order, it must be within 24 hours after the customer has placed the order. Otherwise, the order is processed after that time, excluding weekends and holidays.

What are the hours of operation?
SurLady Golf will conduct its non-public mailorder warehouse business Monday-Friday 9:00a.m.-4:00p.m. Pacific Standard Time, excluding weekends and holidays.
