Return Policy

At SurLady Golf, we want you to shop in confidence knowing that your purchase is guaranteed. If you choose to return your selection, we'll cheerfully refund the purchase price, help you with an exchange, or credit your account.

To return an item, you will first have to e-mail us at info@surladygolf.com  and receive a return authorization number.  The product(s) can be returned as long as the product is; a)unused and in new condition; b)The returned item(s) have its original vendor tags and wrappings, etc; and c) you have written your return authorization # on the outside of the package that you are returning.  If returning an item(s) for an exchange, the returned item(s) must be for the same item in either a different color or size.  Otherwise, you will have to place a new order on the internet and pay for your order, plus the flat fee shipping rate.  Contact us if you have specific questions about this at info@surladygolf.com.

 If products are damaged during original shipping to you or defective SurLady Golf will exchange the item(s) or refund payment to you after SurLady Golf receives the items.  You must notify us immediately by e-mail regarding receiving damaged or defective goods.  E-mail us at info@surladygolf.com  so we can arrange for return shipping.  SurLady Golf is not responsible for damaged or defected item(s) that are not reported within 5 days of arrival to you.

SurLady Golf recommends that you insure returned items as SurLady Golf is not responsible for packing your returned items that may be damaged during return shipping. You will also need to make sure that your return package has a tracking number as this is your responsibility for return shipping.

You can return the item- at your expense – up to two weeks after you received it, and we will credit you for the amount of purchase (excluding our cost to originally ship your merchandise to you) as long as the merchandise is received by us in new condition. You will be notified if your returned item(s) do not qualify for a 100% purchase price refund.  If the product is received without original packing materials-tags, wrappings, etc., even though it is in new and unused condition, a $10. restocking fee or 15% of the amount of purchase will also apply.

Regarding late returns: You have two weeks from the receipt of your order to return to product-that is to follow the return procedures written above.  When a return order is shipped after two weeks of receiving it, an additional $10. restocking fee or 15% of the amount of purchase will also apply.

 If we made a mistake on our order, let us know immediately by e-mail at info@surladygolf.com .  We will work with you to fix it at our expense.

If products that you are returning are in new condition, as you will need to let us know when you contact us for a return authorization code from SurLady Golf, and we receive the return item with shipping damages, we will not be able to process a credit.  Instead, you will need to file a claim with the company that shipped the item to receive reimbursement for your merchandise assuming that you read and followed our recommendation on insuring and tracking return merchandise.
