When and how will my order ship and arrive?

Please allow up to 14 days from the time your order was processed for USA shipping to arrive as some items may not be immediately in stock. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is shipped.  Shipping requires the name, address, phone number, and e-mail address  of the customer. Please note that SurLady Golf uses the United States Postal Services(USPS) therefore we can also ship to a P.O. box.

SurLady Golf may use another source other than the US Postal Service for International Shipping. You will be notified of the carrier and the tracking number.

Please note that International packages can get held in Customs, which is out of SurLady Golf’s control. Your local Customs office can add additional days of transit onto the shipment than what was originally requested or stated. Your local Customs Office generally adds duties and taxes to your package as well. SurLady Golf is not responsible for any duties and taxes, or late arrival of your order. International Order recipients are responsible for paying duties and taxes when product is delivered. This is not SurLady Golf’s responsibility.

Please check with your local Customs office if your package is taking longer than expected to arrive. SurLady Golf can assist you by providing the exact tracking information that the shipping company has given.

How are shipping and handling charges determined?

SurLady Golf will charge one flat $5.70 shipping rate for any quantity of items (under one pound,) and $4.80 for California residents. This does not apply to any items you are returning for exchange or refund-unless the item(s) arrived to you defective or damaged.  SurLady Golf uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping.  If you would like SurLady Golf to ship your order express mail (1-2 delivery,) you will be charged a flat rate of $30 per order. NOTE: if your order is larger than 4 items it may be subject to addiitonal shipping fees for Express service. Shipping to Canada or Mexico is 29.95.  Shipping to any other country is $49.95.

How are shipping and handling charges applied to multiple addresses?

If an order is shipped in multiple packages to different addresses, then a shipping charge is applied to each address where you request a package is to be sent.  For back-ordered items that are shipped at a later date, there are no additional shipping charges.

Do I have to pay any Sales Tax?

SurLady Golf does not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside of California.  SurLady Golf will collect 7.25% on all orders shipped to a California address.
